The right rear seat belt of my 96 4Runner Limited is spooled out completely and won't recoil at all (all hanging loose in the back now - retractor spring must be broken).
Does anybody have instructions how to replace it? In particular, how do you best go about removing the interior side panel to get to the retractor? Any help is appreciated - photos or video would be awesome!
