Hello there 4th Gener's! I originally posted in the Want/trade forum. Got no replies there and none in the For Sale section. So I'm reposting here where those who ride em, know em.
I'm looking to get rid of my 2WD so that I can upgrade to a 4WD.
I'm really not too concerned about what model, although I will admit that I'm partial to Urban Runners and Sports Editions for that great looking (although non functional) hood scoop.
Looking for a 06-09' Black exterior/interior, 4WD and V8. That and no/minimal rust are the main things for me. Of course mileage will be a factor.
I have twin boys that are both special needs and they are 6 years old now. The wife has finally relented and has given me the go ahead to start Scouting and camping with them. I suspect she just wants a couple weekends a month w/o us boys running around the house and tearing it up. I'm looking for a 4WD to show the boys a good time and to build some lasting memories. Who knows, it may go to one of them one day.
I've been watching here, Craigslist, Autotrader and various other websites and forums. There is an Urban Runner in Vegas... but it is a V6.
I've got the month of July off. I plan on selling my 98 2WD as soon as possible starting on the 1st. and using that to pay for whatever I find. If any of you catch wind of one please send me an IM.
