Need help with tires?

I have a '06 T4R Sport. Daystar 1" front leveling kit. What is the largest tire size I can put on without rubbing or having to cut/trim fenders?

you're looking at a 215/35/17 (17 assuming you have a 17" rim)..

A 265/70-17 will fit. I ran that size with the stock suspension with no rubbing until I added Spidertrax spacers. Then I had to move the front fender liner forward about an inch and trim the "hump" out of the front mud flaps.

+1, or 255/75/17 without wheel spacers.

Those would fit but may require some minor trimming to get rid of all rubbing.
