Need help with transfer case sensor wiring

When I rebuilt my A340 I assumed all the wiring connectors were keyed so you could not get them mixed up. I was wrong. I got all the blue connectors hooked up, but I'm not sure if I got them right. The gray ones I believe are correct. I should have numbered them, but that's water under the bridge. If I got them wrong, what horrors can I expect? I wonder if anyone can supply me with a wiring diagram of the trans/transfer case sensor diagrams. All I have left is to put the front and rear prop shafts in and add the fluids. I'm so close to getting this thing on the road I can smell it. I'm willing to trade you seven goats and one of my daughters for a wiring diagram. Thanks. Forgot to say 1999 3RZ A340F.

Not familiar with the 3RZ but this was what I was able to dig up for my 2000 SR5 with J shift.

On mine the switch with the blue connector and blue cover is the solo switch. The two that are next to each other the grey plug with the green cover is in the rear and the blue connector with the black cover is in the front.

Thanks for this info. I need a FSM. The manual I have is a cheap Chilton. I've gotten by without the FSM for a long time , but I need one now. Your diagram is a big help, but while it shows the wire colors to each sensor, I don't have a clue to what sensor is located where. I can't believe Toyota didn't use different connectors for different sensors. That would have made sense. Thanks again.
