need help!!!

Hello,
I have an 03 limited 4runner (v8).... Someone (wife) scatched up my instrument cluster plastic cover (tach, speedo,gas, eng temp)...

I need to replace it...its very annoying...Don' know what to take off and where to start...

Makes me glad my wife got the alarm going off when she first tried driving our 08 4Runner, said she did not want to drive it and took the keys for my 98 Nissan Maxima.
