I like my bug deflector and I think yours would look better if you polished it up and didn't you say you were getting limited bumpers from the junkyard? I think that'll make a difference in how it looks overall if you polish up the deflector.

I did already polish it up, it looks nice... i tried it out on the way to the Riverside junkyard and it left some good scratches in my hood so I need to get some sticky foam or something.

bumpers might be awhile, a lot of money.

Today, my mom shut the garage while my hatch was open, put a big dent in my hatch and scratched it to the metal on either side... i was unbelievably pissed and she is going to pay to have it fixed since she didn't look to see if the garage was open or not yet when she pulled up. At least i can get my hatch repainted, it's been scratched in other places.

Anyway, back to the topic... rubbing compound fixed my problem with the cloudedness of the deflector.
