Need some help!

This past week my GF's mothers 2004 Nissan Pathfinder's engine blew with 61500 miles on it. It was just brought for its 60000mi tune up with 59000 on it. Warranty expired at 60K. When she brought it home there was barely any oil in it and the dealer is claiming there was plenty of oil and is refusing to pay for it. Nissan also refuses to pay...what to do???

thats next on the list!! they gave a quote of $11K for a new motor...ahhh no!! Talk about not standing by your product.
