I just pulled off my plenums, there was some type of fipg gasket. Do I need to redo a new one? If yes, what type?

The plenum and manifold gaskets are not FIPG that I've ever seen. Clean that crap off with brake cleaner or Acetone and buy some normal gaskets from your local dealer or online (Like Camelback Toyota). Who the heck has been maintaining your truck? ^_^
