need to access the rear part of the in dash radio

I just bought a cable that connect my IPOD to the standard Pioneer T2603 cassette/CD Toyota radio.
I need some hint how to get to the rear part of the unit to plug the cable in the corresponding jack

Remove the center console
remove the lower dash
remove the center trim horse shoe
this will expose the screws that hold in the radio
