Need To "Turn Off" the Turbo...

I need to disengage, or effectively "turn off" the turbo for a bit. Is there a way to keep it from spooling up at all without taking it off and plumbing around the holes/gaps?

WELL you may want to start by posting the engine type and YEAR of your 4Runner. :llama:

Also note that we have different sections. So if your truck is a 4th gen then I suggest posting your question there.
