Needs some info/opinions on my 93 4R

Sorry been gone so long
I have been around, just nothing new to post I guess...until this last weekend.
I finally found what I consider a true 4x4ing trail..we went to Red Lake up past Shaver Lake..that trail was CRAZY! The bottom of my truck is all banged up, my skid plate took a lot of abuse and my steering needs to be re-aligned..the wheel is almost 90 deg from the tires..but I made it in and out and it was fun.
Doing this made me see I need lower gearing in my transfer case, I was burning clutch in a few places trying to top the boulders. So 93 4Runner has chain transfer case..this mean I need to find a t-case off another vehicle and get the adapter plate? Anyone gone down this route? I want to get the 4.17 gears.

Someone always picks the expensive solution..lol.
I see TG has a build case for $800..then another $300 for the adapter and some labor charges and $1500 later it should be ready to roll..checking into this option first bro.
Thanks for another option though...Atlas looks badass..just out of my price range for the amount of wheeling I do.

No wheeling lately..life is keeping me busy.
Was thinking about replacing my LC springs with a pair or OME medium duty springs.
The LCs I have don't really flex at all and I want to soften the ride.
Other than that, nothing new planned. Might get around to bugging my shop guy to start a roof rack build.

yep..I get no stuffing at all when flexing..it keeps my ass in the air the whole time. When I go to the shop and get it on the lift it probably goes up an inch.
Could I have the wrong shocks??? I bought some Nitros recommened for the LC coil lift from some other posts...

Possibly. Mine flex to the point where my fenders come in contact with my tires. This is mine at full stuff on the rear passenger side. Although I am running 35s with stock links.

Hey guys..just stopped by to say I had to sell my Runner =(
Sad to see her go but glad someone who can take her out in the hills more is getting her..and glad that I won't be paying $65 a week in gas anymore. I truly appreciate all the help and great advice I have gotten over the last two years here, I would not have been able to do all that I did for her without the knowledge of the members of this forum. Thank you all!
Now to go join a BMW forum =)

Why not just punch yourself in the face repeatedly? Probably hurt less and be just as useful.
