I took a closer look today. I couldn't tell that its leaning to the left. Maybe you can. There you go:

Nice looking car!!! Looks fine to me.
I will get a few photos up in a few days so you can tell me if I am just TOO anal. I will be traveling on business for a few days. I hope to have them up by end of this week.
Can you also take another picture? I am u able to see your wheels in the 2nd photo. Maybe if you back up the car a bit to get more sun light in the photo for the wheels.
P.S. I like the older look better.

By the way, can you take measurement between your fender and tire for both sides? My left side is about 1" less than the right.

I posted at another link about the 1/2" lean on 4th generations.
Has anyone thought about a 1/2" coil spacer on just the driver's side in the rear? I found a place that will custom make one for me.

Another question.
Has anyone taken both rear coils out to see if one is shorter/weaker? Maybe they are tightening these things down repeatedly too much on the driver's rear side.

I did have earlier problems with the air pressure sensor always going off when I was parked on a slanted driveway. Got that figured out by putting more air on all tires. I entertained the idea of going to the dealer this weekend to check out the other 4 runners if they had the same lean and asking the service dept about it also. Anyone notice the dash near the pedals under the steering wheel? Does it seem to be missing a panel or something? You can basically see the wiring and everything down there. I checked out my buddy's 04 se and an 06 SR5 and they both have the same look. Is it me or is there a panel that belongs there?

I wouldn't worry too much about the dash near the pedals if othre 4th Gen you checked seem to have the same look. I will check my car tomorrow when I drive it.
Regarding the lean on the rear left. Here is some info for your reference.
I did bring my car to the dealership to have them check if there is anything wrong with the car. (I was quiet annoyed as I had to bring a brand new car under 100 miles for service/repair.) The dealership was great( I did not goto the dealership I purchased the car from. The one I went to is closer to me)
They gave me a car for the day as they phoned Toyota directly for approve the loaner/rental. (Only a Matrix. Was hoping for a 4Runner or FJ or new Camry. ha ha.) They need to phone in in order to get paid by Toyota for the loaner/rental. (I did call Toyota 800 number to log in the "questionable" lean to make sure they have a record on file. You should do the same in case the dealership you are dealing with are not helpful)
Since you just got the car. Try to deal directly with the service manager instead of the tech advisor. It is faster to have the service manager to deal directly with Toyota region tech.
Anyway, they seem to have correct the problem. Toyota advised the dealership to shim the body. (This still concerns me a bit but they reassured me it's only a minor shim/adjustment)
Did you take measurement of the two rear sides of your car? Try to measure the distance between the fender and the tire and compare the difference. When I noticed the problem, I had about 1" or more less on the rear left than the rear right.) When I got the car back( the same day), the difference is nearly 0.1" which I can live with.
P.S. Check if your dealership also worked on the rear seat creaking sound. There is a formal TSB out on this issue. Most likely you might experience that problem sooner or later. If so, either have them do the work the same day you take your car in to check the lean or tape the latch yourself. I taped it myself and it worked. (Do a searching on creaking noise and you will find more postings on this on how to replicate the sound. For me it usually happens when I go over a bump or making a right turn.)
