New 2011 4 runner

Hi,
I'm shopping for a new SUV, to replace my Expedition. Narrowed it down to a new 2011 4 runner, 2012 4 runner, and JGC.

With both 4 runners being SR5 models comparably equipped 4x4's, is there anything I'm giving up with buying the 2011, except less $$?

Click on details. It looks like there are a few differences on the standard setup but it would probably be more up to what options are on the ones you are looking at.
