Interesting I never noticed but the 00 grilles are different bc I have a giant main piece cutting through mine. If I did it I would buy an older grill

Yup, you need a 96-98 grille , that’s what I bought.. apparently you can do it with a 99 but I’m not up on that

Okay awesome did you do Bondo some say not to use them, also can you link the overland website? I can't seem to find it

I did have to use a small amount of bondo, but if you are careful removing the plastic grille parts you won’t need much.
Oops, it’s is Overlook Graphics. My bad.

I got both sides done now. Looks pretty good I think. It’s subtle and goes with the rest of the black I did.

Ha, I totally missed that sticker actually! I was talking about your IAFF one in the windshield. But that American flag is wicked cool, I may have to look into that one myself. Ride looks awesome, looking forward to watching it progress!
 
Thanks for the kind words. I have recently do a few more things to her. Installed a homelink for the garage door, put new shocks on, and new clear side marker lights and clear turn signal bumper lights.
