New 4gen buyer!

I am looking to add a 4Runnner. It will be an expedition set-up for weekend warrior stuff. I am leaning toward the 4gen for price mostly, but I want to know what ya'll recomend. Also, can I get the e-locker in the 4gen? I've done research and narrowed it down, but what lift,tires and wheel set-ups would you recomended? Thanks in advance.

I know there are a thousand different combinations and also opinions on these questions so I will add a few parameters. I am looking for...
3-4 inch lift
33 inch tires
Black wheels
sliders
roof rack
shocks

e-lockers are not available unfortunately, but you can always buy an ARB air locker. As for the things you are looking for mod wise, i think its a good path (exactly what I have )

I have about 3.5" of suspension lift plus 1.5" body lift, 255/80/17 tires (33.5's), FJ wheels rattlecanned black, SW sliders, Baja Rack w/ Light Cage. My shocks are Fox Remote Reservoirs on all 4 corners.

wow, nice set up! That is a smokin 4runner. I am trying to build mine just like that. I'm leaning towards the Toytech Ultimate with Icons, ProComp steelies (black), 33inch Falken AT's, and a rack (haven't decided on which one). That Baja Rack looks nice though. Thanks for the advice!
