New 4Runner owner!

Hey Everyone! Finally able to post my Newbie thread. Let me give you all a small rundown on how I got my very first 4Runner which is also my very first Non-American vehicle. I've owned many cars which have included muscle cars, Jeeps, Trucks, and recently a 2016 Ford Explorer.

I owned the Ford Explorer for 6 months and this was the biggest turd I've ever owned. Horrible MPG, constant little problems, and literally was making me noxious driving and had to get the recall done on it with the exhaust smell.

I looked into the JL Wrangler, but with the problems they have been having, the problems with my explorer and my dislike for Chevrolet I decided to try the old Toyota Reliability and break my American car's only trend. I can say that I have been completely surprised by this 4Runner. Rides like a truck, but still smooth on the road, good room inside, comfortable, and adequate power around town and on the highway, and I love the body on frame and offroad capability.

So attached is my new 4Runner the Pandamonium! and Hello everyone!

Impeccable taste haha. Congrats.

Thanks, haha great minds think alike

Congrats. Hope you are not expecting great mileage with the 4Runner.

Thanks! I knew going in it may not be amazing, but I was averaging 18's with the explorer and it wasn't as cool as the 4runner. My display shows 20 mpg, but I don't know how accurate it is and haven't owned it long enough to get anything more accurate. It definitely does better than my truck though, and it definitely has smiles per gallon.

Sweet... Love that color. I had such a hard time going back and forth between the Mag Grey and Classic Silver. Silver won out (previous vehicle was silver)

Thanks! I was actually looking at the light silver Trail a couple days before this one. Had 16k miles on it, but was sold before I got down to the dealer.
