Nice looking bumper! I'll be interested to see how the rear bumper comes out. The best bumper design I've seen has got to be Crozhawks (over on 120) for its lower profile and more streamlined, 'finished' look. So many of the others are pretty bulky and don't seem to improve the departure angle as much (the tow hitch seems to be the biggest obstacle for that), IMO. Don't get me wrong though, I wouldn't hesitate to throw any of them on my truck haha.

Nope. I made 1/4 inch flange plates and used .250 wall rectangle tubing, with lock washers and lock nuts. Very strong.

Here's an update on [MENTION=91673]MtnT4R[/MENTION] bumper. Got most of the plates cut. We're waiting for a mock up at the shop Monday night to fab the rest of his skid plates and the frame mounts. He has decided to run 2 7.5 BC hanmas up front and 2x5 turn signals on the wings.

Any internal bracing on the welds as it wraps around the side?
What is your est. on freight to 90720?
The LED lense....what type of material..glass or poly carb?
What would you be using as the bed liner? Professionally done or rattle can?

Ya gotta come up with a solid weight though. It would seriously help out buyers make that decision I think.

Hey everybody. Been out of the loop for a while. Haven't even had time to open the laptop lately. Did a long weekend in Moab got tons of pics and vids to post up. Finished up the @ Mtn.t4r bumper. And am now working on the [MENTION=45517]Martinjmpr[/MENTION] project. There is still one spot left in the sale so get it while its hot & discounted. @ 810moto To answer a few of the questions about weight and shipping I will start with this. Since every bumper is so unique including the plate thickness and skidding and winch options. I weighed my bumper with my winch that's 62 lbs and the whole piece with 1/4 and 1/8 construction weight in at 173. [MENTION=90491]Mtn[/MENTION].t4r s bumper was all 3/16 no hoops no winch and it came in right under 100lbs. The shipping thing is difficult to get a solid number. 5-10 lbs can add 20-30 dollars after a certain point. To give a high number for a heavy bumper all the way to the east coast I came out with about $300. This includes bolting it to a pallet and building a 2x4 box frame around it fully wrapped in shrink wrap and card board. The LEDs are from [MENTION=50591]gaterose[/MENTION] thru his Hanma group buy. The ones shown are 7.5 BC series which are polycarbonate lens with the 3w cree bulbs. As far as internal bracing I have considered adding some 1 1/2 120 wall DOM from the outside of the frame mounts on the bumper to the inside of the wing near the fender. This would add about 50 bucks and make this piece extremely rigid. There is also an option to add triangles to the frame connection on the inside of the bumper skin in certain applications mainly non winch unfortunately. Any other questions hit me up. I know you're busy MtnRunner, but what's the news on that rear bumper you were talking about? I'm currently talking with Relentless Fab and getting ready to place an order at the end of the month, but I would like to see what you have to offer.

Hey so the big Moab Tacoma world rock therapy gathering is at the end of the month so my original retail date has moved towards the middle of next month. I dont want to hold you back if you really like the relentless rear. I'm not sure how they work with there consumers but what I do is totally custom order. So you can decide what thickness plate you want where. If you want extra frame supports special d rings and any light setup you can imagine not to mention at a much lower cost then relentless. Also I am willing to work with you on a design that you like. As far as shapes & sizes. How tall you want it to be etc. I am also now offering professional powder coating and bed lining. Just se things to think about. Let me know if your interested.

I do. Nothing to exciting tho. Still early in the design process. Still cutting plate and trying to design a super solid swing away. Ill post up some pics when things get interesting and start coming together.
