Merle- Mine weighed in at 90lbs with powder coat and fog lights. Outdoorlogic offers it flat top(no hoops), Center hoop only and full hoops. The best way to get pricing is go to the website and price it out the way you want.

I am sure the guys at Outdoor Logic can help you out. He has built stuff for all sorts of rigs, he just happens to have a line of bumpers for the 3rd gen. Give him a call, he is a great guy to work with.

As Pickman and Socal said Outdoor logic built it for me they are in production on this bumper. I allready have OME suspention on the truck witch gave it about 2.5 inches in the front and 3 in the back.I'm thinking about getting billistein coilovers for the front in the future.The tires are 270 R16 witch I'm not planing on changing them.They only have 10K miles on them and are roughly 32inch tall when they wear I might get 285 not sure thought. As far as a winch goes a sittybuilt Wxc 8000. I have installed Hella 700 FF on the bumper and need to modify the light mounts in the bumper for a pair of Piaa 510 SMR. I love the way the truck looks now by far the sickest looking 4runner in the area.As soon as I save some more cash I will be having a rear bumper built and painted to match.Rock sliders are in the future, but not first on the list.Do to the fact that all of the offroading I do is at the beach to far from any trails where I would need them
