New England B.S. Thread

I'm out, me and my bud are heading to Orleans to get a sticker for Nauset.:fishing: Then we might take a ride out to Race Point.

Well, 2 front struts have arrived and at this rate I might be able to join you guys some time this year.

Fkn ridiculous.

Chill Will - you weren't kidding about the time these guys take

Let me guess the other box has not cleared customs or some other BS. I was at the point where I almost called to cancel my order. I would never order from them if I needed anything in a reasonable amount of time,

Yeah I know that. It's also a social thing too though.

But with smaller groups exploration is easy. I need to find more trails out there

I went wheeling all by my lonesome today. Found another very good place similar to the one we were at last week. PM for details ! A very nice guy in one of those razors showed me around. Pretty awesome trail system.

I had to go pretty fast to keep up with the razor. those things can squeeze through anything. Lets just say there are some new scratches and stuff on my rig I beat it up a little yesterday. I need sliders asap! I used the skids well !I almost got stuck in a huge mud pit full of boulders but i made it through. THe 4wd on these trucks is amazing. Suprised at how well my streetish Falkens do on the trail.

I want to do Trac off , but I'm not worried about the rotors. I feel like going through deep mud and up big slippery rocks the atrac? Works great. Had the center locked ,I only felt the brake pulse kick in during the really tough spots. If I was planning to spin tires all day then the mod would be nice but for max traction and tourqe distribution the factory set up is very nice.

saturday trail ride

Hey guys, Saturday I am going back to Middletown ct to ride more trails. So far its me and charlie corpse. Anyway exit 12 rt 9 north. Right off exit then immediately turn right into medical building parking lot. They will be closed Saturday son its a good place to meet up first. Stock friendly but would be very challenging, I've seen stock runners tackle worse terrain though. You should come! You know you want too !

Really want to

My stuff finally arrived so I'll be joining you all in a few weeks!

On a side note, I called Rocky Road Outfitters and (respectfully) stated my displeasure for the 6 weeks of waiting for parts to arrive. I was offered a reasonable option if I were to place another order with them so I guess it's now a toss up between sliders or skids....

Yeah and I bet you would end up making that same call again on your next order. Don't know what their problem is but they definitely lost me as a customer.

Truck is on the bench until I get brakes done. Got a nasty rattle now too maybe a heat shield or gravel in the tank skid? Last trail ride took its toll. :violin:
