I'm in West Roxbury, but don't really have anyplace to do the work. I have a driveway, but 1.) I don't think my landlord would appreciate a big project like this in it and 2.) would really like to have a lift or, at the very least, air tools.
There's a place in Meriden, CT that rents out lifts and tools by the hour (the one that used to be in NH is out of business) and isn't too far from where my mother is. I was thinking of meeting my buddy there and putting it in. If anyone else wants to stop in, the more the merrier. I think my plan is to put it in on July 5th, that way if any issues pop up, I have the whole weekend to address them.

The lift is in!
It rides great. The springs are still settling, but I got WAY more lift in the front than I was hoping for (almost 4"). It's hot as hell and I have no desire to go out in the driveway and adjust them in this heat, especially with how exhausted I am from installing them in yesterday's heat. I also have a ton of positive camber now, so that will need addressing.
The install wasn't too terrible. Disconnecting the ball joint definitely saved a ton of hassle. The biggest issues we had were installing the rear springs and getting the top nut on over the bushings on the rear bilsteins.
If anyone else has projects that they need a lift for, DIY Automotive in Meriden, CT is awesome. You rent the bay/lift by the hour and they supply the tools.
Anyway, since TTIWWOP:

Yeah, my goal was between 2.5 and 3" of lift, so new UCA's shouldn't be necessary. I had it at the alignment shop this morning, but the tech they use to do projects like this wasn't in, so they just did a toe and go for me. I saw the specs and the caster actually wasn't too far off, so I'm not too worried.
