I'm not much of a mechanic either. That is why I'm going to take it to have it finished. I've done what I could but am lost on centering the rear tire etc. I am looking forward to riding it after looking at ignoring the last 3 years.

What's the tank mounted on the front of the frame? Is that your oil tank or another fuel reserve?

That will be the oil tank. It's an old oxygen tank.

Yes new skids are definitely on my list. I just promised the wife i would do all the fancy upgrades first for her mostly interior Nav, back up camera ( life saver for parking in Nyc ) etc fed ex literally just delivered my new Pioner Avic-Z150bh, Soo gonna do that stuff next week then on to the next Mods which will hopefully be lift,spidertrax and tires!

Also on my list is the speedometer and dash lights which you do correct? So thats in the near future also..

Would anyone be interested in showing their cars at Japanese Car Day at Larz Anderson on October 20th? I'm a member here and the lawn shows are always a lot of fun. I feel like it would be a hoot to roll up with a bunch of lifted trucks surrounded by a bunch of tuners. I live right up the road, so we could meet at my place and convoy over.

Yup that was me, gave you a :thumb:. No winch...whats a skyjack? :shrug: Your truck looks good too man! Lifted 4Runners stick out like a sore thumb :boink: Well to me atleast.

I don't drive mine to boston much in the summer months as I use my bike to get to work. (Not the sportster but the road glide). Starting to drive the truck more but only use the expressway on the way home which is after 6. Mine doesn't stick out much (yet) since the only visible mod is the plasti dipped emblems.

I always notice little details. I'm always checkin out 4Runners hoping I'll notice someone. I never seem to see anyone from the forum though
