You can do Putnam without skids. Remember when I went there I didn't have time to put my skids back on, and I told everyone to remind me thy I didn't have them on. I was fine and I believe you have more ground clearance than I do. I think you would be fine.

Damn i really get out with you guys!I just ordered the last components for my lift so i pry won't have them till sometime next which mean they be on next weekend at the earliest, and i still need to order my tires sooo gonna be a couple weeks for me yet

I went to Freetown State Forest with a friend yesterday. We mainly stayed on Copicut (I think). It was a good time and neither of us are experienced off roaders so we stayed on the fire road type areas. For those of you who go there, where do you enter? What trails/roads do you do? I looked at google earth and that place is huge! We saw a few hunters there who told us to stay on the marked roads and we'd be fine. Will definitely o back and explore some more.

I've gone in through copicut area as well. I like going in across from the Freetown fire dept but this is not a legal area. You have to go around a fence through some trees. There is a lot of trucks back there on the weekend. The fire roads are fine to be on but they get boring.

Havent touched my truck since last feb, but rolling back into the shop in a few weeks to get the solid axle under it!

I LOVE the methods. I want the double standards, but I wouldn't want rock rash on em, so I'll stick with my stock Toyota wheels for a while.

I haven't damaged the 18's, so should be less likely to damage the 16's.
