I have these in the 285/70 17 P rated and absolutely love them. They look great and are the smoothest riding and quietest "agressive" AT tire I have ever run. Honestly, I didn't notice any significant decrease in power either.
My only problem is getting them balanced. I have been to discount tire twice now; first was the original install. When I got on the hwy, I had a bad shake at 60+mph. Took them back a few days later and they said they were 3.5 oz off. It is better, but its still there and very noticeable. I am going to see if they actually road force balanced them, and if not, going to have then give that a shot.

My 265/70/17 P-rated AT3Ws tackled Christmas Mountain in Big Bend National Park today with zero issues. Aired down to ~22 PSI and never even had a wheel slip, and it’s been raining here for the days. Very impressed!! The peak of the mountain was in the clouds, so visibility wasn’t great, but below the cloud deck was awesome. Quite a few very rocky spots where I was worried about sharp rock punctures, but the Falkens took it all without a hiccup

I had duratracs on my Frontier a few years ago and Toyo AT2's on my F150, and these are much quieter and smoother than both of those. Don't get me wrong, the duratracs were a great tire and aren't what i would consider "loud" by any means, but these are definitely quieter on the hwy.

They have a LT275 but not a P275. I was hoping they were going to make a P275 as well like they do the P265. I was hoping to save on the added weight of the LT.
Did you have to body chop for those with Ray 10s?

Nope, removed the front mudflap, pushed the fender liner in, trimmed a really smaller corner of the front bumper

The retailer originally replaced the 2 front tires because they said if my steering wheel is shaking then it had to be one of the front tire. They replaced them and I continued to have a shake but they were not going to replace the rears. I wrote to Falken, who then contacted the retailer and I got 2 new tires. Problem was solved. The original 4 tires had the same batch # on all of them. So i chalked it up to being a bad batch of tires.
I read a lot of stories saying the same thing or getting tires exchanged to fix an issue. It really makes me wonder if they have any QC or if they are just slamming out tires as fast as possible.
This is a great thread but I think hurts them as much as helps. You read about similar issues on reviews from other sites so I know this isn't 4runner isolated.
