New Falken AT tire (A/T3W)

I like the look of those. I wonder if they would look like pizza cutters with a 3" lift though.

Honestly I’m not too sure! I was skeptical about getting this size at first, due to the fact that I thought they would look too skinny. They look no smaller than stock as far as width, but definitely fill the wheel well up nice. Changed the whole look of the truck IMO. I wouldn’t hesitate to lift with this size.
Yeah from the Falken site, they are pretty much the same width as their 265, so that makes sense.

Just made the switch over to Wildpeak M/Ts in 285/70. Still keeping around the AT3Ws (265) for long road trips in wet/snow environments. Once the lockdown is over, ill get some impressions and eventually a comparison!

While I have mostly positive impressions driving on the Wildpeaks for a few months now, I will say they certainly don't do as well taking off from a stop on wet pavement as the Duratracs did. Have since found the sweet spot in compensating for that and still I'm very happy with these tires.
About a month ago I did pick up a nice sized piece of sharp metal in one of my tires which sliced it beyond repair. Thankfully, Discount hooked me up with a new one through the road hazard warranty.

I have the P265/70 OEM size on the 4runner now mounted on TRD Pro wheels.
Just picked up some SCS F5 in 17x8.5 -10 and was really back and forth on going with LT, but couldn't justify the additional spend, weight, stiffness, mpg hit for doing 97% of my miles on pavement. Excited to get my 2.5/1.5 Dobisons/5100 installed and get these new wheels and tires mounted up.

I'm currently using the 265/70r17 P rated tires on stock SR5 wheels, but am seriously considering moving to the tires you've got (and I have the same suspension setup you've got going on). Do you take it offroad at all? Still haven't experienced any rubbing issues?
After almost 45K on the Duratracs, this morning I had a set of Falken ATW3s installed in 275/70r17 C flavor, including the spare.
Have only put 25 miles on since they installed but these tires are insanely quiet compared to the Duratracs, even when those were new, and definitely more comfortable. Anxious to see how these do in the rain coming in tomorrow. Not sure when I'll be off-road next but I can't wait to see how these do. Discount Tire seemed to nail the balancing on them 1st go, no issues up to the 75MPH I hit on the highway.
On-road there is zero rubbing - was doing full-lock turns, forward and reverse in my cul de sac to see if there would be any. And I verified even with the bigger spare I still have room to slide the bike rack and hitch as far as needed (was concerned about that).

Haven't been off-road really at all, save a few service roads just goofing around. Been too busy this year so far...very little fun time at all. But still, no rubbing at all.
I finally put the AT3W's on my rig. Stock size as that's all I need. Tires feel great, (especially compared to the Big O M/T's I had on)
These check all the boxes: fair price, look good, ride great!
Looking forward to testing them in the snow and comparing them to the Duratracs I have on my work truck.

Just added my SCS wheels and Falken tires stock size but went with 10ply. The 8.5 inch wheel and tire really fills out the Pro. If I lift it a little staying with my stock size tire.

How does those tire feel compare to your stock ones before?
