Mounted! Looks really good, better in person. No rubbing but thats cause i did the fender mod and removed the mud flaps. These are 285/70/17. Stock ride SR5P.

Curious... OEM TRD PRO wheels?
If so, then you have 285/70/17 tires in a 7” wide wheel?
Did the tire mounting shop have anything to say about that?

I'm surprised they did it, none of the tire shops in town would mount 285/70/17 tires on my friend's TE rims.
How come you don't rub with 285s?? I just got the tires in 265's not the LT ones for my 2010 Limited and it rubs against the rear part of the wheel well. I'm guessing the fact that I have LE has something to do with it?

That’s strange - TE rims are 7.5” wide which are within specs for a 285/70/17 tire.

Yes they are OEM TRD Pro rims. They didnt mention anything about 7inches even though its not recomended. [emoji849]

Possibly... i didnt mess with the rear wheel well, just the front. People do say that it rubs little at full lock going reverse, but have not experienced it... yet. Limited does have a lower bumper... i think?

I meant to say TRD. I just spent the day prepping my TE revolvers for shipping and have had them on my mind.
I meant to say the rear part of the FRONT wheel well. Also what does full lock mean? Stirring wheel turned all the way? For me it rubs both forward and reverse.
I am planning to lift front about 1.75" not sure when though. So need come up with a solution for now.

Full lock as in when turned all the way. Correct. Did you remove the mudflaps or trim them?

I don't have mud flaps. I'll borrow ramps and see what can be done, don't really want to trim/cut anything.
I just read all 600+ posts looking for info on LE fitment. At least I learned a lot of info getting here.
I'm curious to hear what you figure out. I want to get a separate set of wheels from a Trail to mount these tires on, and leave them on the truck through winter for the wife. And I can throw them on any time I'm allowed to take it off road...
I'll try to mod it sometime this week. I saw somewhere someone drilled two holes and used a zip tie to pull the part of wheel well back.
FYI, the 265 passenger rated are back in stock (at least a few) right now. Just placed my order. $380 shipped. Looks like only three sets left. Better jump on them if you're having any hesitations!

Even at the link I posted? It's showing me "2" still available.
I checked again later last night and they were sold out again. When I first posted that link yesterday though, there were still four sets available.
I was just checking every day to see if they came back in stock and when they did I jumped on it. Might want to do the same through the end of October if you're definitely set on getting these and hope they pop up one more time before the $100 off ends.

Just had these mounted up today. P285/70R17 and the ride is way smoother, more comfortable, and much quieter than the E-rated Goodyear MT/Rs with Kevlar that I pulled off. Wheels are Pro Comp Rockwells 17x8.5 0mm offset
