New FI wiring harness?

Anybody ever make a fuel injector wiring harness to replace their factory one? The heat has gotten to mine and the covering is breaking apart badly. It seems that after I replaced my injectors, I'm now getting intermittent no TPS signals, so I think that might be shorting out since its in the same harness. I'm sure a replacement one is ridiculous so I'm thinking of just making a new one. Worst case is I get new wiring and I don't fix the issue. Just wanted to check if there's any gotcha's doing it? Also, best place to get new connectors to match the yota's?

That sounds like a complete PITA. Are you talking the entire dash harness, or are you going to go in and replace the bad sections?

No, just the FI harness. That 3.0 gets so hot under the hood, all of the engine wires are cooked. I haven't traced it back to see how far it goes but hoping there's a connector to it when it goes into the main harness.

Mine were spliced into harness on last two trucks,was very common for the dealer to do injector harness when doing head gaskets. You can still get injector pigtails ,I have a few pic of your injector ?
