Ok I have a 08 runner with 265/70/17 Goodyear Wrangler A/T with no Xreas. I am getting a little rub at full lock and was looking at lifts. I am looking at Toytec lifts 3" in front and 2" in rear. Would I need to do shocks and extended brake lines with these? Also whats the pros and cons between spacers and coils? Also what about the differential drop down kit is that needed?

heres what i think you should do if ya got the $,do yourself a favor, skip the spacer lift & get an OME,700. thats about the cheapest full kit you can get. it will give you better ride & handling also. theres no need to lengthen the brake cables, or use a diff. drop. - if you dont have the $ & want to retain close to the factory ride, get the spacers & call it a day. there is still no need to lengthen anything or use the diff. drop, but a 3/2 might make that size tire look slightly small, so a 2.5/1 might be a better choice. goodluck heres the link for OME. 4Runner 03-2010 - Toytec Lifts: Toyota Lift Kits: FJ Cruiser Lift Kits, Tacoma Lift Kits, Tundra Lift Kits, 4 Runner Lift Kits, Sequoia Lift Kits, Toyota Truck Lift Kits

Do you know where it's rubbing? you might get away with just a little trimming - FREE

If you do spacers, new shocks aren't required. you can go with extended brake lines or go with a brake line relocation kit from overland warehouse which will be much cheaper: link

There is a debate with the diff drop being needed. Not sure if you will really see any benefits unless you lift the front end above 3". i'm sure people will chime in on this one.

What he said...!!! Dont Mess with spacers Just get the OME And Call it a Day . You Will Never Look back and say I shoulda Gone with Spacers !!!
