new headlamps, but have a question

I finally found a set of cheap OEM used lamps on Ebay. Bought them and they came in today. I upgraded to the 99- up newer style. The problem is that 1 of the lamps came in with a little condensation in them. I figure if I let them sit with the light bulb out for a little bit, the condensation will evaporate. I figured I would seal the lamp with clear sealer.

My question is: is there a common issue with these lights that cause condensation in them?

Anything I can do to prevent any further damage to them?

I purchased one aftermarket headlight assembly to replace one that was chipped on my 2000 T4R. I immediately noticed the chrome "cone" in the light was not formed like the OE version. I put it in and it threw light all over the place. When I saved up some bones, I purchased an OE version from Newnan Toyota in Georgia (Great OE prices by the way). Put the OE in and the lights came back to the factory projection. As far as the condensation goes, is it installed in your truck with condensation or did it arrive with moisture in it???

It came that way. I have not installed it yet. Overnight, it appears to have dried up, but now it left water spots inside.

I'm going to email the company and ask if they have a different one.
