New Key Programming on 2013

I bought my new key on line, had it cut and need to program it. I tried a number of procedures I found on the forum, but none work.
Any suggestions will be welcomed.

You might be a good candidate for trying it out on the Techstream software. I don't think anyone here has programmed keys using the software, but there is the option in the program.

I'm guessing the regular key with the immobilizer chip and smart keys have to go through the same process of registering the keys??????
