New lift, rims and tires

So this is officially one of the ONLY new 4runner's that I like. Great job!

What kind of shop did you get your rims powdercoated at. I can not find a place in Dallas?

The powder coating was done by AZ Powder Coatings. When talking to different fabricators or shop owners, I would just ask who they recommended. Pretty soon one name starts getting mentioned more than others and you have found your guy.

As far as, "How much it put me back"...Can you really put a price on art and happiness? That's the answer I gave my wife and it seems to be working so far!

Well well....then you will be putting your foot in your mouth when she comes home with 3 pairs of 400 dollar shoes, a 400 dollar purse and a 200 dollar hair cut.

I called Downey Off Road today and the front and rear components will set you back about $1500. Includes Bilstein shocks, new front poly "snubbers" and so on.

They also have a zinc-plated steel front skid plate for $189. Made for Tacomas but can be adapated.

where did you get those lightforce lamp covers?

The lights come with a clear cover, but you can order black, red, blue, and amber covers. I was living in California for awhile and you need to have covers on your off-road lights. I bought the lights, and covers, at ORU in Burbank.

im aware of that, it just looks like its a black rubber boot almost, am i just mistaken and that is actually a black lens cover?

It's just a plastic cover...I like the rubber boot idea.

Do you know how much backspacing your rims have? Also are they 17x9s? Thanks.

Thank you, the rims are Mickey Thompsom Classic Bead II 17 X 9. I think they have 4" backspacing.
