New Project.

So I acquired a 1965 Dodge Dart GT this week. A little rough around the edges but it was running when parked five years ago. It needs a tranny rebuild. I was raised with hot rods in the family so I went and talked to my dad and we decided that it wouldn't take much to get it running and rebuilt the transmission. Once it's able to move under its own power we will tackle the rust and prime it. Looking forward to this project. Haven't had one since my 68 Falcon was wrecked 6 years ago. Here's some pics as it sits before we move it to my dads garage. It is complete with no missing parts or trim.

I found a 383 for it. We are going to build up the 383 and put a 4 speed in it. This is going to be a fun car.

Damn! That's the way to find them, complete with nothing missing! I work mostly on old trucks and jeeps but if I ever find an Oldsmobile 442/F85/cutlass in mostly good condition I'm gonna buy it.
