Nice rack. I'm wondering the same thing about those brackets too. They're kinda sitting at a funny angle. But it does look damn good sitting lower like that.

I use thule Loadbars for my Bike rack,kayak and fishing rods... works prettywell... gonna need to replace the rod holders soon though the sun is drying out the plastic...

So I just came across some extra dough... I was liking the ROLA Vortex racks and I want one with an extension...

Question:

How is yours holding up? Looks great on your truck, I would love some Low-pro mounts like those.

I want this rack because it looks like a good length to mount some lights pretty far forward.
