New rims/tires on my 4th gen

I gotta speak my 2 cents. That wheel tire combo is just plain sick. Caught my attention right away. I love it when someone takes the time to really hunt down a set of wheels and tires to get exactly what they want. Great work.

thanks dude! All i did for two weeks was look at rim websites and drive between home (lafayette, la.) and school (pensacola, fl.) and stop at rim shops and what not... it was between the Platinum 036's or the Helo Maxx 6 ... i wanted the truck to have a wider looking stance and a really detailed rim that sorta had like a bead lock look to it, but still a luxury look... that's what i came up wtih... as far as the tires go, sure they were way more expensive than BFG all terrains, but NO ONE has the new terra grapplers... plus they are 11.4" wide... unlike the 10.4 BFG... refering back to the wider stance...

BTW... how do i get to compete for the 4ROTM ? huh? huh? i think i have a good running?! you guys wanna see it muddy? i have all the mud in the world in louisiana... but not enough time wiht a tooth brush to keep it clean after mudding.. hahaha...

I wont hijack your thread, but I have an interesting setup myself on my 4th gen...you'll see more of it when our site goes up. Helo Hawk 22x9.5's powdercoated black with a polished lip. Tires are 37x13.5R22 Toyo Open Country M/T, as the 325/50R22's werent large enough. It just depends on where you are in the country...I see terra grapplers all day long, but love them none the less. The new mud grapplers are going to be awesome as well. Regardless, great work...I hear you have a lift in the works...keep us posted. Late.

Layfayette Huh

I grew up in Youngsville, you should know where thats at, right by Broussard. I was back and forth between there and a small town north of Lake Charles by the name of Rosepine. I actually spent more time in Rosepine though. So is the Keg still open, how about Mako's? Its been a while since I've been there. I go to Rosepine to visit now, I don't have any family around Layfayette. I'm stationed in Germany now but I'm AF. I love you truck, but I'm missing the shot with your newly added lift. I've got a White 04 and I've been looking at those tires, but with some different rims though. That Runner definately gets my vote for Runner of the month though.

hey man, the "KEG" , yep is still open, and nope on mako's ... what a place that was... it totally went down hill.. if you havent been to lafayette lately, you'd almost not recognize it.... downtown lafayette is where the place to be is now.... the strip is still there but ya know the crowd...

All you need to do in order to be eligible is post a bunch of pics in a gallery thread, the better the pics the more likely they will draw the judges' attention
