New savage Offroad rear bumper

I just want to see pictures of the options first, before I pull the trigger.

More than likely, I will get a scepter carrier

Roy's expecting to get a lot of orders once everything goes up on the site. I already know what the bumper and tire swing look like so it was a no brainer to get in before the rush. He's an honest guy and I trust his shop's work to be top shelf. If I can get that thing mounted by mid to late August I'll be pretty happy.

The bumper and tire have been out for like 2 years. I have his front and rear swingout. Unless he is making something new ....

I tell you one thing. Roy really put his mind to this. Everything seems so well thought out. No wonder it took him a while to release it. I don't think I'll be getting a second swingout. Roof rack seems to be working good for gas cans.

The beauty of owning this bumper. Is I can buy add ons whenever !

The bumper it self is cheapest still? Even with the swingout it was the cheapest compared to a CBI and few others. With the new attachments it is no longer cheapest

Here's a few links to the rear bumper with dual swingouts. Tire carrier and rotopax mounts installed. There was a SNAFU with the hi-lift mounts from the laser cutter. Roy is going to ship it to me when he receives the correct cuts.

All in all it was a truly painless install. Everything just fits and fits well. I did it by myself in a few hours.

Best part about this bumper. How easy it is to add a bolt on. Like that's so awesome. You don't have to drop a lot of money right away. Or you don't have to order a bumper and regret not getting something welded on it.

So stoked. This bumper is rock solid. Once the hi-lift holder gets here I'm gonna find a spot to mount my MaxTrax and build a couple fold down tables.

I'm pretty sure I have enough armor at this point to not really worry about blind spots. The first rule of the road: yield to the larger vehicle. lol

Rims a 17". Tires a 295/70. Combined weight of just under 90 lbs. Hence the 861's.

It's not bad at all. Get used it. It blocks some view but very little.

That's right. I forgot that you are running the 295s instead of 285s. The rig looks mean. It's cool to see all those Savage options on something besides the website. Does the tire block your passenger side tail light?

Good question. If your in car, no. If your in a truck slightly. I may move it further to the drivers side in the future. Or I could tilt it more and it would make it easier to see it. I'll know more once the hi-lift mount arrives.
