new shock question

hi so i have a 1990 4runner with a 4inch suspension lift and a 3 inch body lift i was just wondering i want to get new shocks but not sure what size to get?
how do i tell what size i need thanks for the help

What brand 4" suspension lift, and what shocks does that lift manufacturer suggest?
For a 4" lift you need shocks that are 4" longer than stock at rest, and able to extend and collapse to match the amount of articulation the lift provides.
