New Sliders Installed

I bought some Trail Gear 58" mini-truck sliders for my 4R. They fit pretty good although an extra 4" in length would be perfect. These will do the trick though and keep the rockers from getting smashed.

I bought the frame plates to and welded it all directly to the frame. Before welding I sprayed a couple of coats of Self Etching Primer on followed by some Silver Hammered Rustoleum Paint to match the truck. After all was done, I added some non-slip tape to the top to keep them from getting all scratched from the kids getting in/out.

Total cost $170 with paint and a days labor in the garage. These fit perfectly with the XREAS. I was able to slide the trail gear frame plates under the XREAS lines and didn't have to bend or move anything.

you know since theyre shorter , you can have that better angle closer to body. the longer ones have to be angled down more to clear the tip on the bottom of the rear doors. i think they look real good.

Looks good! I have been debating putting some not slip tape on my sliders as well
