New Tires Firestone Destination AT

Anyone currently running Firestone Destination AT tires? I have a new TE and I am trying to explain to my wife why the OE tires need to go. It only has 375 miles on it so how much should expect to get for the tires if I sell them to the tire store?

What do you want the tires to do? Intended use?
Destinations have grest reviews, I've never owned.

Just a little trail usage going fishing and a small amount of snow driving depending on where my parents retire. Where in MT do you live? I grew up in Bozeman.
