Pulled the trigger today! Firestone Destination A/T's, 285/70/17

Absolutely love them! The spare fits, but just barely. Check out the before/after pics below. (I'm trying to play with the sizing so they're easier to compare, but photobucket isn't cooperating well.)

Yup! I'm planning on selling them on craigslist. They're good tires, just not for offroading in the snow.

Yeah, very relieved about that. Now I just need to do a little trimming in front. I'm having some rubbing issue starting at about 1/3 of the way turning the wheels in reverse, and at about 2/3 of the way going forward.

I thought I saw a really good thread about trimming the wheel well/fender area... but now I can't find it. Anyone remember where it is?
