Thanks for all of the compliments guys. The lift arrived today and I have arranged with a local shop to install it tomorrow. I really wanted to do it myself but in this case I have more money than patience and time so I am going to let them do it. :cheers:
I am not sure what I am going to do about tires at this point. Obviously I will need/want tires as soon as the lift is installed but I have no idea when the TW will be available. I really hope that I can wait it out until they are available. I have priced a few other tires here locally and they are about 40% more than the TW and I ordered 5 from TW!
As for the rack I think I might keep the crossbars, sand them down and repaint them. I also plan to order a fairing and new end caps to make the rack look somewhat new again. I will install it as far back as possible this time as I think that would make it look better. I will be selling the bike trays as I will not be using them. If you are interested just shoot me a PM and we can work out the details.

Can't wait til my tires arrive. Once I get them on I plan to paint the wheels to the gunmetal or graphite color.

The lack of a factory luggage rack was driving me crazy so I decided today would be the day that I tried to fix that. I went down to the local Pick A Part and found a 99 with a rack that seemed to be in good condition so I started wrenching. I expected to pay $50+ for the rack but was out the door for $19.46! I took everything back to the shop to disassemble, clean, and paint. About three hours later my 4Runner no longer looked like a base model station wagon. :lmao:
Still eagerly awaiting the arrival of my tires next week!

I have been looking at front bumpers all weekend. I have almost decided on the DIY version of the Outdoor Logic w/full hoop and turn signals. I think it would look awesome painted graphite to match my wheels and sliders once they are done.
What do you guys think?

I think the graphite/imperial jade mica scheme would look sick. I like how clean this build is so far. Definitely subscribed and look forward to the progress. Nice ride!

Tracking information shows my tires will be here tomorrow! I have an appointment to get an alignment tomorrow AM and then I will anxiously await the FedEx truck. 
On a side note I have been driving the Runner quite a bit lately and leaving the DD Silverado parked. After all of the driving that I have done the audio system is killing me. It sounds horrible. I am a big advocate of music and enjoy listening to music while I drive but I really can't take the sound or lack there of of this OEM stereo system. With that said I made the decision today that this problem must be addressed soon. I have decided to move upgraded audio system to the top of my mod list.
Here is what I have decided on so far.
Headunit: Pioneer AVH-P3400BH DVD
Front components: JL Audio C2-650
Subwoofer: JL Audio 12W1v2
Amplifier: JL Audio XD500/3
As always your thoughts and suggestions are encouraged!

Tires were installed on Friday. They definitely fill the fenders. I was hoping to get away without having to do a BL but it is necessary simply because with any articulation the tire will be rubbing pretty bad. I am debating between a 1", 1.5" , or a 2" BL. What do you guys think? I am not sure why but to me it just doesn't look right in it's current form. Perhaps the BL will help with this? I am just not a fan of the current look.

Decided that I would address my "ugly wheel" issues today. It was a good bit of work simply because my wheels were pretty rough in some places so it took quite a bit of prep to get them ready for paint.
Big thanks to my buddy for all of his help and for allowing me to use his shop, lift, and tools.

Thanks Hepar. I thought about the same thing but wasn't sure if that was the problem. I currently have the 1/4 slide on spacers to prevent the front tire from rubbing the UCA. What size would you guys recommend? Maybe 1.25"? Also, what brand seems to be the best available? I know there are tons of options for bolt on spacers.

To be honest, I know nothing about spacers. The idea of them has always sketched me out a bit for some reason. I do know a few people who run them and they've never had an issue. Also know that there's plenty of people on here doing the same.
How about a pic from the rear looking down the side to get an idea of the stance?
