new to me 2005 Limited

I made a deal to trade my 2004 SR5 V8, with 40 k miles for a 2005 Limited V8 with 12 k miles. It was the dealers vehicle, never sold before.

It has the Michelin Cross Terrains, and my winter rims and tires fit from my 2004, as well as my winter mats, satellite radio, roof rack, trailer hitch and hopefully my PIE adapter (my 04 had the standard radio, and now have the JBL on the Limited). It even is the same colour (Pacific Blue).

I take delivery on Monday, will do photos then.

I may have questions later.

Congrats!! Remember to also update your signature. I assume that you got 4x4 because everything up there is 4x4.

Despite part of Canada having a Mediterranean climate, you can't buy a 2 wheel drive in Canada (great white North)

Definately agree with Koz on that one. The Limited is almost Lexus like.

I have a back injury and have used an Obus Forme heated back rest for several years now, the Ltd. with more adjustable heated seat will be a plus

..2005 Limited V8.. ..It even is the same colour (Pacific Blue)..

Helluva year. Pac Blue was my first choice in color but I was told, and it has agreed with my observations since, that Limiteds don't come in that color...apparently in the US, that is. You have a rare vehicle by US standards.

Here is a shot of my 05 Limited in winter mode with the steel rims and Bridgestone Winter duelers installed. I use the nose mask during the winter to cover the bumper to reduce rock chips to the front end. You will note my recently acquired Valor exhaust tip

I thought the 05's have silver roof racks.

In 2005 they went to black for SR5 and Limited, and silver on the SE only.
