New to me truck - maintenance suggestions?

Thought I'd give an update.

Broker found a Desert Dune sport hood from a KZN185, so that is getting painted K73 and bolted on!

Meanwhile, I got a Millennium Silver grille from 01thunder on the way. Also snagged some nearly new '05 Taco "snowflake" wheels locally and an awesome sale on some Goodyear Territory tires in 265/75R16. Replacement Denso rad showed up, my garage is getting full and truck is still 6 weeks away from delivery LOL.

Debating painting the Taco wheels or getting powder coated. If I powder coat, I wont be able to match the center caps up.

I think you have a pretty good list there, with the exception of the seafoam (i dont know what every body else's thoughts are on it but i believe that sea-foam stuff is total crap and know people who have personally had bad experiences with it). Just drain your oil and fill it with a synthetic of your choice, personally i like amsoil XL (extended life) for high mileage vehicles, although your vehicle may not be considered "high mileage" it wont hurt, it just has a more integrated formula to help cut down on sludge and other crap building up in your engine. Also IanB's suggestion about the tranny cooler is a great addition and will help extend the life of your tranny, but if you live in a cold area i wouldn't bypass the stock one in the rad has it will help warm it up in the morning because if you dont the viscosity of the atf will be different in the cold mornings and will increase wear and tear on your tranny. I also wouldn't bypass if you do alot of city driving because the after market cooler really doesn't work that well at all unless there is a good amount of air flow goin through it, which there isnt much of sitting at a red light or in bumper to bumper traffic and could cause your tranny to over heat.
