Newbie - Manik Vibration

I just purchased my 4 runner last week and had the Manik brush guard installed. Is it normal to have vibration on the brush guard?

While driving I could see it vibrate.

I will post some pictures tomorrow.

When you go over bumps you will have some horizontal movement.

my modular Manik shook on my Tundra, but my one piece Waag that I have on my T4R doesn't.
