Doing my daily rounds on Craigslist, in search of a 3rd Gen 4Runner, and this biscuit pops up. I've seen a Tacoma front clip on a 4Runner, but never vis-versa. Not sure how I feel about it...

Me: what made you do the 4Runner conversion on the Tacoma, just out of curiosity?

Him: First of all, it fits perfectly, and my dad loves that look with the hood scoop.

Me: First of all, I never said it didn't look good, nor did I say that it didn't fit. So you just did it because your dad likes the look? I'm simply asking a question as to why you choose to do it. I've seen a few 4Runners with the Tacoma front end, but never the opposite.

Him: That is the reason. When someone want's to do something that's a really good reason to do it.

He's also asking almost 4 grand ABOVE KBB for that area.

Definitely a little pricey.
I don't know it it's just the angles or me, but it looks out of proportion. The runner front end looks a little big for the rest of the taco.

Personally it looks like it was in a front end accident and he just replaced it with whatever he could find and is now trying to sell it for way more than its worth. People here are weird...

Take all the flashy stick on crap off of it, lift it a little, and I'd rock that thing all day long. I guess I go both ways, I love the TacoRunner and I love the 4Racco too.

Although, from the answers given by the seller something seems fishy. Jinkies Velma!

Good lord that looks goofy as hell.. Looks like it's been photoshopped lol. I think had he gone pre fat lip bumper era with sr5 fenders it would have looked better.
