Nitrogen Valves?

I am convinced on the benefits of Nitrogen inflation instead of ordinary compressed air. But aside from inflating tires with nitrogen, Costco also installed different valves with green caps. What about if we also inflate other car/tires with nitrogen, do we need to replace the valves with "Nitrogen Valves"??
If those "green cap valves" also help in retaining tire pressure, can we use it even if we don't fill the tire with nitrogen?

thee green colored caps are used to indicate nitrogen was used.. it is no different than a regular valve cap and does not hold air better... the valve stem is responsible for sealing the valve opening.

LOL! I sounded stupid..I was wondering if those valve stems are special type because I'ved heard that molecules of Nitrogen is bigger than molecules of air..so I said to myself that those valves maybe be intended for Nitrogen inflation. And will hold/retain tire pressure better than ordinary valves. Now I see that its just really the caps that are green and the stem looks the same as my spare tire.
