Nitto Ridge Grappler?

So I only put 30 miles on these but I am impressed. They balanced with no issues. They are super quiet and I don't feel a loss of power at all. Now they do rub and I had to trim the bumper a little here and there. Keep in mind I do have the wheel spacers and a lift , all which make the truck look killer.

Portland OR, A foot of snow or more and then ice here on the roads for the last three days, had no issues driving around, lots of hills. Morning temps were in the single digits. Tire size 265/70/17 E.

Yep mine were great in Bend, and great in Portland in this ice. I had to drive around last night and was fully aired up, which...while bumpy, they still never slipped.
 
Weather's crazy allover. Maybe I should buy a boat? lol

Anyway, I like what you guys are saying about these tires. When my Terra's wear out I'll more than likely upgrade to these.

Sounds like a hell of a time. What PSI are you running in the stock size?
 
Finally got mine mounted. Took it for a snow run yesterday, perform beautifully in the snow and pretty quiet so far. One thing I may have a concern is the side wall. I aired it down to 18 psi and it seems like the Ridge may have a weaker wall compare to my KO. It seats a bit flatter and spread further out then the KO at the same psi. But again, I can't say for sure. The KO wall has been great in that dept for me but I like everything else about the Ridge. Time will tell.

Did you go c or e rated?
 
I got my Ridge Grapplers on @500 miles, am now at @4000 and I love them. Not loud on the highway, and works really well while going through desert trails and some moderate hill climbs. Went thru Grapevine Canyon Road in the rain/mud and didn't break a sweat. Waiting for some gnarlier trails to open up :lookout:
 
Really glad I bought them

Got them in 285s and love them. So far been in pretty heavy rain, mud, sand, dirt and they handled like champs. Next test will be the snow. Really quiet on the road as well.

I should have read the thread, thanks.

Someone convince me NOT to run the 305/70s. Was planning on STT Pro 295/70 which are 33.46"/12". RGs are 33.86"/12.24".

Running Icon billet UCAs, MetalTech offset rear links, and will obviously have take more off of the BMC (it's not chopped that much for my 285s).
