I live about 20 minutes from Harold’s. After seeing the pics of the food, I’m going on Saturday with or without a T4R meeting. I can’t believe the serving size, of that stuff. If I brought one of those cakes home, my kids would be fighting one another just to get first digs.

those cakes are 40lbs each! not to mention one piece can feed a family of 8… and each piece weighs 4lbs… they're no joke. they even have a roastbeef sandwich that looks like a football smothered in cheese and the smallest soda is 32oz… i love Harold's

lol… that's actually from when i lived in DC… there was a pizza place in Adams Morgan that sold slices for $3.50 and were about 2.5 slices in one… on a good nite i could finish two after drinking… it was much fun!

DC was a lot of fun the 3 years i lived there… my first apt. was 3 blocks from DuPont Circle, but my 2nd was across from the National Cathedral which completely ruled…

Yea, my bother moved as well. He lives right on P street across from the fire place and Mr. P.s Dude that place is efing awful. My brother and his g/f just sit on the porch sometimes and laughs at the circus of dudes in leather that parade in and out of that place.

i know where that is... kinda near Florida Ave and a block from the circle… DuPont has a HUGE gay population and there've been times i thought i saw Rob Halford (of Judas Priest) walking around, but it was a local, haha.

next time you're there, shoot over to 16th St, they have lots of good places to eat. could be 15th St., i forget. also, the Big Hunt on Ct. Ave south of the Circle is a cool bar

oh yeah! hahaha… it was somewhat sketch to go there late at nite, but one time we went at 3am and some lady dressed like Eddie Murphy (ya know, weird 80s bright blue zebra print outfit) was asking us for crack, etc… then she proceeded to 'dance' when a Michael Jackson song hit the jukebox and starting throwing stuff around and got a huge bottle of hot sauce all over my friend… it was insanely funny… but yeah, that place is pretty good, more so for atmosphere rather than food…

i usually get the top thing, the chicken parm… it's an open face, garlic bread sub with about 4-5 cutlets on it drowned in cheese + marinara sauce… the cake is real good too… i'm jealous i can't go on saturday, i'm jonesing for Harold's bad…
