I woke up this morning to find that some &*^(@ threw a pumpkin or it looks more like a bat and smeered pumpkin

i thought i heard something around 5 but man im so mad.

i need a new cat, have to replace lower ball joints, and now this...

so apparently my alarm DID go off according to my remote, at least nothing else was done.(viper 2 way 5900 with dual stage shock sensor and glass breakage sensor)

it must have scared them away from doing anything else,

just makes me mad because today was supposed to be mod day, i was going to
build a fiber glass sub box, remount my hid's, order some ribbon led's, install my new ball joints that come to the dealer today, and change my oil.

now, i am not in the mood to do anything.

I feel your pain, i had my truck broken into twice with in 4 months at school... I had about a grand worth of a/v stuff stolen... SUCKS!

i usually park it in the garage or in the driveway but this one time i put it in the street. it happend between the hours of 1-6:15,

lmao driveby pumpkin attack is what the officer said. i was gonna put it in the damn driveway!i regret not parking there so bad

the mirror is cracked too :/

im going to jump to toyota really quick and see what im looking at price wise. so i can decide if i should report it to the insurance.

at least my rims are safe in my garage

Odd, mine was only a $50 deductible when I split my windshield offroading, after being clipped on the freeway.

A similar thing happened to my friends truck, except instead of using the bat on the front windshield, they smashed in his side windows, his door panels, and poured paint removed all over his truck so you could see bare metal. Luckily for him, they were stupid enough to drive back about half an hour later to check out their work, and the police were still there writing a report. He just pointed them out, and they had all of the stuff inside the car still. All 3 of them went to jail that night.

Man, that sucks, I feel for you. Happened to my friend a few years back. They'll drive down the street fast and as they pass your car, toss the 40 mph pumpkin from the window. It has a lot of built up energy travelling that fast or faster and BOOM. I remember walking out to our cars one morning and my friend had his window smashed in by a driveby and next to my car on the pavement was the attempt to also get mine. Just my guess as to what happened. Hope that your repairs go well and your insurance doesn't raise your rates after your claim.

thats exactly what happend to me!

i did not report it to my insurance, the mirror is actually cracked too.

but i have some hook ups at toyota so hopefully this mess will cost me near a wasted 200-300 $
