No IPhone 6s video sound in 5th Gen

So when key is off i get sound when playing video, say like youtube, but when turned to assy or car running no video sound.

Been in system Bluetooth setting and haven't found the one that allows sound. If I disconnent Iphone i get sound, reconnect Iphone 6s no sound. Cant seen to pair both. Any susgestions?

mine works fine, though i used to have some trouble with it. what i did was totally remove the device from the 4Runners system and then repair it. when it asks you how you want to pair it you should select audio player, and for connectivity select from car.

when i did that i never had any problems again

It definitely has to do with Bluetooth. I have the same issue. When I disable Bluetooth on the phone (iPhone 6) I get volume through the phone. I haven't been able to figure out how to fix it.

Try deleting all phones and Bluetooth players from 4runner, then pair up Bluetooth first. Worked for me recently on my 10 with jbl when I added a new phone, wouldn't get mp3 audio until I did it in this order.

I think i tried already and when in installed the phone an audio player it worked, but when I reinstalled the phone as a phone it cancelled the other out. Will try again later today to double check.
