any body run these in winter. just thinking about dedicated winter tires. was stunned by the cost.

sticking with the Scorpion ATR for now.

The tires look awesome but for that price it is exceptionally high even for a boy with cash in the bank. The woman (who knew her stuff) praised the Scorps and said they rarely see them up here. Biggest sellers are the Nokians at least at their stores (about 4 stores in the area). If I get a bad response from the Scorpions as winter arrives will see if one of the one line stores can cut me a deal on shipping as I see them on line for $187. per tire. Maybe we can do a group buy up here in AK like the warranty............:awais:

found a place in town that will mount balance and warranty for $34.00 per tire. sounding better esp if shipping is free. Thanks again Rook Board Ninja.

I run the non studded Hakka's on my Saab 9-3. It goes through the snow almost as well as my 4runner. Almost. Anyone on here used the Nokian AT tire? I am considering putting them on the runner when the Michelins go.
