Noob elocker thread

So long story short I needed a new frame for my 3rd gen I found a complete 4runner with a blown motor and it happened to have an elocker when I swapped the frame I just left all of the suspension untouched and everything went smoothly, however I’m confused about the wiring part. Both rigs are 2000 mine is a manual the donor was an auto if that matters or not. My body harness has all the connectors from what I can tell for the elocker, black box under the derives side kick panel, plug under the rear seat, and the button plug is also there below the cluster. I connected it all but still haven’t started or provided power to the car because it’s in pieces. Is there any other wiring that needs to be swapped over or is the swap basically a direct bolt in and that all. I’ve read so many threads but nobody seems to be swapping it the way I did and all end up with aftermarket harnesses. Someone please let me know if I’m missing anything.
